I visited to replace the battery in my Seiko watch, which I had purchased directly from Japan. Uncle handled my watch with great care and replaced the battery in just 5 minutes. Before coming here, I had visited an authorized showroom where they quoted ₹1,200 for a battery replacement. He explained that a large part of that price was for the brand's premium service, while the actual battery replacement costs much less. I got it replaced for just ₹300, and the battery is expected to last around 2 years. I'm very satisfied with the quick, honest, and professional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable watch repairs and battery replacements.
I visited this shop for a wall clock repair, and I had a wonderful experience. Uncle did an excellent job fixing the clock and completed the repair in just 10 minutes. He even provided some complimentary service, added a new battery from his side, and gave me a night lamp as well. He is a very kind, gentle, and honest person who genuinely cares about his customers. The service was quick, professional, and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for clock or watch repairs. Thank you for the great service!
Had a great experience at this watch shop. A special thanks to Vasudev Ji for helping me choose the perfect watch belt. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and ensured I got the right fit and style for my watch. The quality of the belt is excellent, the pricing was fair, and the overall service was outstanding. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality watch accessories and excellent customer service.
Fantastic experience! They have an impressive collection of watches, ranging from classic to modern styles. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
